which protection should i purchase HID or Dongle

HID (Hardware Identifier) is digital code unique for each computer. HID protection means that you will receive digital key which allows to work with program on one computer only.

Dongle is device which connect to USB-port and allows to run program at any computer to which the Dongle is connected.
