It must support Windows 7 64 bit. It was popular OS in the past and VideoCAD has not any specific Windows version requirements.
However, outdated computers may have weak video cards and this may be a problem for VideoCAD11, but not a problem for VideoCAD 10 and previous versions.

Please try demo before ordering. Test 3D performance.

We removed that abject and it got a little better. We are still getting random application freezes when we have the monitor open with 8 cameras and animation running.

If this is related to a background or imported 3D model file, then the reason is in these files. Otherwise, I need your project and a detailed description of your actions leading to the error. Please contact by email.
