Moving Background or cameras

I have a project with multiple layouts at different scales. I've found a couple times that when working in one layout, the cameras or background in another layout moved. I'm not sure what I did to cause this, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what might be causing this and how to prevent it from happening.

We have received two messages like this one. But we couldn't repeat the problem in spite of our efforts. Thus this problem exists but very infrequent.
Please let us know if you can record sequence of actions to repeat this problem.

In VideoCAD8 this issue has been detected and fixed. It happens when you move the Active camera in the Camera editing state. Don't do so.

I hope this rare hard-to-repeat error has finally been completely eliminated in VideoCAD10.
