Re: IP Megapixel cameras

VideoCAD offers tool for modeling resolution in addition to number of pixels. Also you can model compression level. You are right, it is impossible to do a comparison based on a specification only. It is necessary to compare real images. Please see Help system>Examples of work with VideoCAD>Example ...

Re: Digital zoom calculations

Digital zoom 'cuts' and magnifies a part from a whole 5 MP image. Vertical and horizontal image size (in pixel) should by divided by zoom factor. For example, 2560x1920 (4.9MP) image after 2х digital zoom makes 1280x960 (1.23MP). Total Number of pixel should by divided by zoom factor square. For 2x ...

Re: models & libraries

Thank you for your question. You can't probably find required 3D model for VideoCAD. But you can find a lot of free 3D models which can be opened in 3ds max software. You can export to VideoCAD any 3D model which can be opened in 3ds max (*.max, *.3ds, *.dxf, *.dwg....). Some customers order require...

This limit is inherited from previous versions and described in the Help system. VideoCAD7 will have no upper limit of ...
