Re: Undo button issue

Sorry for inconvenience.
It is not an error. Undo function has some limitations. Not all working information is kept in the undo buffer. It can't restore deleted cameras, but it can restore deleted constructions.
Please save your working project regularly.

Re: Saving of 3D images

Your engineers can use the Monitor window.
Place images from your cameras on monitors, then save these monitors containing several images together. It is convenient to include the images from monitors in the project documentation.

Please see Help>Interface>Monitor window

Re: Discrepancies in horizontal viewing angle

Thank you for your question. This is a peculiarity of 3D geometry. Probably you have measured the angle on the horizontal projection of view area. This projection angle will be differed from horizontal view angle. The difference depends on camera inclination angle. To get the angle equal to horizont...

Re: 360 degree IP cameras

Here is a typical way for modeling non-standard cameras: Use angles of view from the the camera specification as the most definite data. Try to get the same angles of view in camera model in VideoCAD. For this purpose open the Special sensor size box, then adjust the angles of view. However wide-ang...
