Leading PDF file, Trailing PDF file

 

You can append external PDF files at the beginning and at the end of the PDF report. In the PDF file path boxes the full path to the external PDF files to be appended is set.

 

Thus, it is possible to glue together reports built according to different patterns from one project to get a more complex report.

 

Start indexes of captions

 

In the boxes, numbers are set, starting from which pages, layouts, groups, cameras, images and tables will be numbered in the report.

 

Leading PDF file appended at the beginning of the report may have its own numbering which may need to be continued.

 

Total number of pages

 

In the box you can set the total number of pages in the report. This number can be printed on each page of the report. If NO is selected, the total number of pages will not be printed. In the texts on the Pages tab, the string variable P / W is automatically replaced with the total number of pages specified here.

 

Background PDF file

 

You can use pages from an external PDF file as a background for the report pages. In the PDF file path the full path to the file in PDF format is set.

Separately you can specify page numbers of the PDF file to use as a background for the cover, even and odd pages of the report.

 

Thus, you can make the report in corporate style, by a pattern. The redundant content of the background pages can be covered by empty pictures.
