Hi all
I got a problem when try to add new camera, or import cameras from videocad to IP camera CCTV Calculator.
System Windows 8 64
Error on attachment png picture.
Can You help?

Current version of IP Camera CCTV Calculator has not been tested under Windows 8, but I see such message for the first time.

Please save your current project (Main menu>Project>Save as) and send us for analyzing. Then uninstall IP Camera CCTV Calculator and install it again. If it doesn't help, contact us by email.

IP Camera CCTV Calculator i used first time on windows 8 64 On Win 7 it were all ok, here i only try to add new camera to calculator, and when got this error, try to add cameras from project. I reinstal program, but that nothing change.
I can send all my projects, but any 1 dont work with calculator after changing system. Like i wrote on win7 64 all were ok.

Please send one project with error. It can be empty project without cameras.

On which mail i should send files?

I done it like this:
- reinstall program after remove it, dont start it.
- open IP Camera CCTV Calculator.INI in C:\Program Files (x86)\IP Camera CCTV Calculator and there put data in line key like USER, REGISTRATION CODE
- save file on my desk, next copy it to "C:\Program Files (x86)\IP Camera CCTV Calculator" but with other file name, Camera CCTV Calculator1.INI
- delete file Camera CCTV Calculator.INI and change name Camera CCTV Calculator1.INI for Camera CCTV Calculator.INI
Start program and it work now properly
Support way to resolve this problem :
REREGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Enter under administrative account
2. Uninstall and reinstall IP camera CCTV calculator. Don't launch It!
3. Stop all running programs!!! Especially antivirus and Windows registry
control software.
4. Click on the Start button.
5. Click on the Run button.
6. Run box will appear.
7. Copy and paste to the Open combo-box the string below (with the quotes):

If the program is installed on the C drive:
"C:\Program Files\IP Camera CCTV Calculator\IP Camera CCTV Calculator.exe" REGISTER
If the program is installed on the D drive:
"D:\Program Files\IP Camera CCTV Calculator\IP Camera CCTV Calculator.exe" REGISTER

8. Click OK in the Run box.
9. The Enter key box will appear.
10. Copy and paste in the Name and Key boxes a new code:
